2. What we collect
This website has no contact form, no comment section and no newsletter sign-up. You cannot create an account here. The data we process is limited to the following.
Server log files
Each time a page is opened, our host automatically records the IP address, date and time, the page requested, the browser and the operating system. This serves to keep the site running and secure. The data is not combined with anything else.
Audience measurement (Google Analytics)
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, time spent, device type, where visitors come from. The service sets cookies and sends data to Google. IP anonymisation is enabled by default on Google Analytics 4 properties.
Nothing is sent until you have accepted the “Statistics” category in the consent banner. If you decline, the script is not loaded at all.
Maps (Google Maps)
Our contact pages embed a Google Maps map. It only loads after you consent. If you decline, a placeholder appears instead and no connection to Google is made.
Booking
The “Book” button leads to our external booking system, operated by Amenitiz. No data is transmitted until you click that link. Once there, Amenitiz’s own privacy policy applies.
Consent management
Your cookie choice is stored in your browser so that you are not asked again on every page. This storage is necessary for the site to work and does not require consent.

The cookie in the first row is needed for the site to work and requires no consent. Those in the second and third rows record your decision itself: declining them would mean the decision could not be remembered.
4. Legal bases
- Log files and consent management: legitimate interest in running a secure and functional website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Google Analytics and Google Maps: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
5. Recipients and transfers outside the EU
Google Ireland Limited receives the analytics and maps data. A transfer to the United States cannot be ruled out. Google relies on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

6. How long we keep data
Log files are kept by the host for a limited period and then deleted. Google Analytics data is retained for at most fourteen months. Your cookie choice is stored for six months, after which you will be asked again.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
